Could I possibly have a gall stone?

I have been having pretty bad pain in my stomach. Right between my ribs and hip bone so right in the middle but on the left side of my stomach and sometimes its in the same spot but in my back. Im only 17 years old and don't want anything major wrong with me, Could this be a gall stone or what? Please help me! :(
