How can I turn up the heat with my lover? ()?

My entire life I have dated and slept with men. I have always had insecurity issues and was VERY promiscuous, had many partners and would frequently have raunchy . About one year ago I fell madly in love with my best friend, who is a female (as am I). In the beginning our life was so hot, because it was new and years and years of pent up ual tension were there. For the past couple months things have become complicated with her and I and our life has really suffered. She had previously been in a relationship and therefore was far more experienced than I am, but i learned quickly and we had a lot of chemistry. The other night in a heated argument she spouted at me that she felt like i was not into it and found our to be boring. I just want to start off by saying i am INSANELY over the top attracted to her so that is not the issue. I need help and some suggestions on how to turn up the heat, the only ways i know how are dirty and from my past of being promiscuous and not anything i would want to try with her. How can i turn up the heat, and keep it so that i am still making love to the person i want to be with for the rest of my life.. please keep your phobic comments to yourself. ;)
