Mental issues resurfacing because of AP Calculus AB; what should I do?
This may seem weird, but when I was in eighth grade, I failed Algebra one, was harshly criticized by my father for it, to the point where I thought about suicide. Now, after a lot of work, I am taking AP Calculus AB, after I was told that the highest math cl I could ever take was Pre-Calculus. It has brought back so many of the feelings that I had before, even though I am doing exceptionally well in the cl (an A at the moment), but it seems like time has gone on and things have not gotten better, they have just gotten worse. Should I continue to face it or should I drop it?
