Who is on the far left in this picture ?

Looking at the photo you provided, Phelps is in the CENTER, not, as you said, on the right. He is the MAIN figure of the photo. If this is a photo of the finals, as opposed to one of the trial heats, then Ryan Lochte would have been on the right side of the photo (Phelps' left) and Lazio Cseh from Hungary would be on the left side of the photo (Phelps' right).
