I want to serve meat at my party but I'm nervous to make them.. ideas / recipes??

Personally I now buy the frozen most of the time but if you do make your own, add a handfull of raisins that you have soaked in water. This may sound weird but it will keep the meat from being too firm and the meat from being too compacted if that makes sense. Trust me, it works.
