Is there paranormal activity in my house or am I just paranoid?

My husband and I have moved into a trailor as a temporary place to live until we can buy my parents house. We will only be here for 3-4 more months. We moved into the trailor around the end of November. Ever since I have been there, it feels like I am being watched. It is hard to explain. It feels like you can just feel someone is in the trailor with you. It doesn't really matter where you are in there, you just get that feeling. I have never had this feeling ever before. I didn't say anything to my husband because he would have just thought I was crazy. Small things have been happeing, but I have just been ignoring everything. This past week, my 12 month old daughter and I were on the floor playing(my hubby works 2nd shift, so I am home alone in the afternoons). All of a sudden, the tv just up and changed channels. The remote was on the back of the sofa with the ons facing up. Nothing could have touched the control to make the channels change. I just sorta wrote that off..kind of weird...but nothing to worry about. Then a few days later, I had just laid my daughter down in her baby bed for her afternoon nap. I went back into the living room and was watching tv for a minute so she would go to sleep. If she heard me doing anything she would want to get up. About 20 minutes after I put her to bed, I was getting ready to get up and start cooking supper. Just before I did, the tv just bam, turned off and at the same second that the tv did that, the winnie the pooh in my daughters bedroom started playing all by itself. You have to push the ons to make it play. I ran in there and she was starting to wake up. The winnie the pooh toy was by itself. Nothing was there that could have fallen on it to make it go off. I was shaken up by that, but still hadn't said anything to my husband. On Saturday, my husband and I were in the living room after my daughter went to bed for the night. We were watching some program when it happened again. Just BAM and the tv was off. This time, a different toy went off. My husband jumped up and I made him find the toy. It was all by itself. Nothing fell on it either to make it go off. There have just been some really strange things. Those are the most obvious. Other strange things my husband can never find his keys. He will look and look, then they will just be where he left them. All cd's will play except christian cd's. Just small things that can be overlooked, but I just can't ignore the toys and tv. I just feel really uneasy feeling in this trailor. I would appreciate any opnions or advice you have. Thanks a bunch!!
