Do you think looks are a big part of the acting industry? And if so, what chances would a bald guy have?

Ok, well i'm not bald but i'm losing my hair and i'm only 22 yrs old, but because i have male patern baldness (it sucks!) i will continue to lose my hair unless i pay crazy amounts of money a month for hair treatment, but then that isn't a guaranteed success in the long term. I really would like to start acting and maybe make it big, but i feel it may be impossible if i'm losing my hair. In all honesty, most successful actors, i.e. Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds etc, etc all have full heads of hair and the ladies love em! But i'm going bald! lol, so what are my chances? I mean yeah there's Bruce Willis, but he's about 50 now and it's understandable he's bald at his age, but at 22 i should have hair!! It's so frustrating. It's like, if you look at a lot of parts for films that johnny depp has played, such as Jack Sparrow - No bald guy could play a part like that because Pirates had hair! See what i mean?
