Grandma and friends parents battle?

I'm 15. I live in reno NV. I use to live with my grandma when I was little in CA. She had temp gaurdianship of me. She gave me back to my mom and we moved out of state. My mom never took my grandma to court to get the papers back but its been said that when she gave me back to my mom it voided the papers. is that true? Also, my mom is not around now and I live with my aunt after I fought with my grandma about it when she tried to take me. Luckily, it didn't go to court. Now my aunt is moving to Oregon and I want to stay in reno cuz I am waiting for my mom to come back. My friends parents are willing to adopt me and I am all for it. However, I know my gradma is gonna put up a fight. I have a 3.83 GPA and matured over the years because of everthing I went threw. I think I deserve to finally be happy and stop moving around. I have a lot of reasons to tell the judge why I don't want to go to my grandmas such as shes an alcholic, drinks and drives all the time with me in the car, I will lose credits by switching to the school down there because they are on a semester system and she is the ONLY person that has made me try to kill myself even through all the shitt I have been through. I have more reasons as well but those are my main. The family I want to live with is not any fairytale place either. They have strict rules to follow but I am willing to follow them. Do you think they will allow my friends parents to adopt me? I can't live with my grandma. I will leave that plave no matter where I'd end up rather it be juvy or the streets. Anywhere but my grandmas I'd rather be.
