I am begging for someone to help me PLEASE?

Okay so here it is. I have been in a relationship for the past two years and have a two year old son together. I've been getting hit for almost the whole relationship. Which is kind of ironic because when we first got together the exact words that he said to me was " I could and would NEVER put my hands on a woman " Yeah what a joke. But okay anyway back to what I was saying. He says that the reason why he hits me is all my fault. I am the only one working. I pay for his car insurance, license to get reinstated, and all the bills and rent. I want to pack my son's stuff and my stuff up and leave. But the thing is that I am afraid of what might happen when he finds me and my son. I work my *** off right now but I really don't have anywhere else to go. There is so much more that needs to be said but I just really need an answer to what I should do. Please can anyone help me. Thank you and god bless.
