Rustoleum HD?

the MoCo can make this "suede" paint where it aint shiny. why cant they make a rustproof, no chrome bike for salty snowy areas? when i had the bike in Hawaii, i watched it rust daily, chrome sure dont get you home...whatchoo tink?
