What does it mean if a guy breaks up with you then...?

What does it mean if a guy breaks up with you then he says he dosent want you to date other guys but he wants to date other girls. He's said that we cld get back together and right now were just FWB but I still love him, and he still loves me, but im guessing its his parents that made us break up. Anyway hes done this before but the break up only lasted for 2 days and he got back with me on the following monday. I added to it by wearing a mini skirt and a low cut shirt. u knw to show him what hes missing out on. Anyway when i did that i felt that all he wanted most of the time was to be physical, and before that he really just enjoyed my company and stuff. IM so confused, basicly is I want him back and he has said that he wants to get back with me later on. I just want him back and need to know how. Guys opinons r most apreciated as much as girls. plz i need your help.
