What is A Good Main/Appetizers/Dessert?

Ok so im going to cook for my girlfriend who i will have been going out for 1 year on the 22nd. But im not quite sure what to make, Please help me out guys, shes not to big on meat but isnt really a fan of vegitarian things, She really enjoys italian please help out, Thanks =]
