It depends what you are looking to buy. Haggling is fun. If you are planning on buying more than one item, don't let the shop keeper know it at first. Just haggle the first item. Then once you can't get them to go down any further, pretend to think about it and then say "hmmm well i'll give you $__ for this plus this" (add in your other item). Most likely they will say yes!
