Why do i don`t have the urge to move my bowel?

for the last 3 weeks, i have been experiencing abdominal pains and constipation...i don`t know if you call this constipation but its like that i don`t feel like letting it out.......i need to push it so that i can let it out...for normal people they feel a pain in their stomach before letting it out..but, in my case i don`t have the urge of doing it...i`m so nervous that this might be something serious....i can p a stool but,, i am a human not a rabbit to have stools small as that one.....i even feel so bloated..though last week i had an endoscopy and the result was light gastritis cause the doctor told me that they saw a minor bleeding in my upper gastric...but my constipation started last 3 weeks...so i know it doesn`t make any sense right!!!!!!!i`d rather die than having constipation!!!!!!! cause it really sucks!!!!!!
