If I am taking fluid tablets I cant take pottium for cramps I am stuck?

I just posted about feet cramping and advised to take pottium but on my medication it reads no extra pottium. I think it could be dehydration. have only been on the fluid tablets a few days but ahd the cramps for 8 weeks now since gall bladder surgery
